  • Appointment only showing appointments. 
  • Screening of tenants including Credit & Background check, Eviction history, Employment and Income verification, and Rental history. 
  • Lease signing & enforcement.
  • Collection rents & issuing Owner disbursements by the 15th of each month via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Online tenant portal & 24-hour availability for tenant and property emergencies.
  • Payment of mortgages, HOA dues and other related expenses  at your request. 
  • Eviction services for non-payment of rent and/or lease violation, if required.
  • Full accounting services including monthly/annual financial accounting reports & Year End cash flow reports to give to your tax preparer including 1099 reporting.
